Subscriptions

Sus purchases are handled through Apple and RevenueCat. You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions from your Apple ID subscription settings. In the app, use Restore Purchases if a valid purchase is not showing.

Priority Issues

Production incidents that block sign-in, scanning, payment, restore, or data deletion requests are prioritized.
